Orders are scheduled to arrive within 7 business days depending on the destination. However there may be some unforeseen circumstances under which your order may take longer. Under such circumstances, we will notify you by mail.

Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.

After the refund has been initiated by rabitat as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:
NEFT - 1 to 3 days post refund initiation.
Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner.
Please note, Rabitat initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a rabitat wearhouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, Rabitat may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse on Website/M-site. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each Rabitat product which is why we stand by our quality and extend a 1 year warranty on all our products. If you face any difficulty or find a manufacturing defect in our goods, we will replace your order with no questions asked within the first year of purchase. If you observe any damage in the packaging / products or the quantity or type/category is not as per the order booking, kindly inform the customer care executive immediately . We will replace it for you at the next earliest delivery time or day as per availability of the products and quantity you had ordered.
We are using a very secure and trusted payment gateway to provide full security to our customers. If an amount is deducted after any failed transaction, it will be reverted to the bank account of the customer within a few days of time.
No, we do not store any credit/debit card information. We are as paranoid about your credit/debit card information as you are! Your payment details are encrypted and sent to the payment gateway directly for billing. At no point is this information stored by us.
Our crib sheets are Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified, which means that an organic certifier monitors all phases of our production. That means we ban the use of dangerous chemical treatments in any part of our supply chain, that our farms and factories require the humane treatment of animals and that every one of our garments is made with organic materials.
Our team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account that was used to make the payment. It usually takes 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.
