Exchange And Return Policy

EXCHANGE

If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.Only orders placed on the Rabitat website are eligible for refund if requested by the customer, if product purchased elsewhere has any quality issues we will be happy to replace the same(with the same item).

How to Exchange?

You must inform us by sending us an email to help@rabitat.com with order no. and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have mailed us, we will arrange a reverse pickup.(we can only ship the replacement or initiate refund once we receive the returned items from the customer.)

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 CRISIS RETURN OF GOODS IS TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL.

Rabitat reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges. We offer credit notes too in case the product you have requested for exchange is sold out or unavailable for any given reason.

Credit notes are issued by email.

Credit notes are valid for a year from date of issue.

Credit notes must be redeemed in one go.

RETURN

If for some reason, you are unsure of the product and you wish to return it you can do that within the 30 days of purchase(from rabitat website only).

How to Return?

  • Return is a simple two step process-
  • Click a picture of your product (incase there is a defect or issue make sure you capture this in a photograph or video).

Mail us at help@rabitat.com these photos along with a copy of your invoice and reason for return.

Once you have mailed us, we will arrange a reverse pickup.(we can only initiate a refund once we receive the returned items from the customer.)
