WARRANTY

We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each Rabitat product which is why we stand by our quality and extend 1 year warranty on all our products. If for some reason, you are unsure of the product and you wish to exchange an item you have ordered, we will replace your order no questions asked whiten the first year of purchase. You can write to us at help@rabitat.com or Call us on +91-99-992-87-000 and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 3-4 business days and will guide you through the process of exchange and or returning the item.
However if you observe any damage in the packaging / products or the quantity or type/category is not as per the order booking, kindly inform the customer care executive immediately . We will replace it for you at the next earliest delivery time or day as per availability of the products and quantity you had ordered.

SHIPPING

Rabitat offers domestic shipping nation wide on all orders. We have the best logistics service providers in place to ensure that your orders reach you safely and well in time. Currently we offer COD(cash on delivery) within Delhi NCR, delivery for orders above Rs 15,00/- is free of charge.We charge a handling fee of Rs 100 on orders below Rs 1500/-.

How long will it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are scheduled to arrive within 7 business days depending on the destination. However there may be some unforeseen circumstances under which your order may take longer. Under such circumstances, we will notify you by mail.

How can I track my order placed online?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number information. You can track your order status online by visiting the Track Order page or by logging in to your account if you have created one. You can can also email us help@rabitat.com for information.

What happens if I am not home when the package arrives?

Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery. Could I ship products in one order to multiple addresses? To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders.

DISCLAIMER :

If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.

HOW TO EXCHANGE?

You must inform us by sending us an email to help@rabitat.com or call us on +91-99-992-87-000 with order no. and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have mailed us, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

Rabitat reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges. We offer credit notes too incase the product you have requested for exchange is sold out or unavailable for any given reason.

Credit notes are issued by email.

Credit notes are valid for a year from date of issue.

Credit note must be redeemed in one go.
