
Cute and oh so tempting full of protein mini burgers is what yummy tiffin dreams are made of. It requires almost no cooking except for shallow frying the paneer tikkis and burger buns. Here's how to make it

Equipment
1. 1/2 cup grated paneer.
2. 🍔 Salt to taste.
3. 1/8 cup each of red, yellow and green capsicum finely chopped.
4. 🍔 Pinch of red chilli.
5. 1/4 cup onion chopped finely.
6. 🍔 1/4 cup soaked and rinsed poha.
7. 🍔 1/2 tsp garam masala.
8. 🍔 2 tbsp oil.
9. 🍔 3-4 tbsp curd.
10. 🍔 9-10 mini buns.
11. 🍔 Tomato ketchup.
12. 🍔 Mayonnaise.

Step 1
In a bowl, add grated paneer, red, yellow and green capsicum and onions. Season it with garam masala, salt and red chilli powder.

Step 2
Add 2 tbsp curd and soaked and rinsed poha and mix everything well. Add more curd if required to combine everything well.

Step 3
With oil greased hands, make small tikkis out of the prepared mixture.

Step 4
In a pan on medium heat, add oil and shallow fry the tikkis till golden brown and crisp on both sides.

Step 5
Lightly shallow fry the mini buns.

Step 6
To assemble the mini burgers, make a slit in the buns and spread little tomato kethcup on one side and mayonnaise on other. Place the paneer tikki in the centre and insert a toothpick in the middle.

Step 7
Pack the mini burgers with a fresh salad or some french fries and few crunchy munchies to make a fun meal box.
