We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each Rabitat product which is why we stand by our quality and extend a 1 year warranty on all our products.
Kindly note: Our warranty does not cover damages due to the impact from a fall or breakage from rough usage. Only manufacturing defects are covered by our warranty. Please note, trial period lasts up to 30 days. Brand reserves rights over refund and replacement decisions.
Warranty is offered on all Rabitat products whether purchased from our website, any other online store or offline stores. However you are eligible for a refund only if the item has been purchased on Rabitat website (www.rabitat.com). In case there is a quality issue with the product we shall replace it, even if it was purchased from any other portal. If for some reason, you are unsure of the product and you wish to exchange an item you have ordered, we will replace your order within the first year of purchase(from rabitat website only).
REFUND IS OFFERED ONLY FOR ORDERS PLACED ON RABITAT WEBSITE.
How can I claim Warranty?
To claim your warranty, simply mail us your proof of purchase (invoice) along with photos or video of the problem faced with the product at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our customer care team will contact you within 3-4 business days and will guide you through the process of exchange and or returning the item.
However if you observe any damage in the packaging / products or the quantity or type/category is not as per the order booking, kindly inform the customer care executive immediately . We will replace it for you at the next earliest delivery time or day as per availability of the products and quantity you had ordered.
We offer free shipping on pre-paid orders above ₹ 500. We have the best logistics service providers in place to ensure that your orders reach you safely and well in time. We only offer prepaid shipping. COD is not available.
How long will it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are scheduled to arrive within 7 business days depending on the destination. However there may be some unforeseen circumstances under which your order may take longer. Under such circumstances, we will notify you by mail.

How can I track my order placed online?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number information. You can track your order status online by visiting the Track Order page or by logging in to your account if you have created one. You can also email us email@example.com for more information.
What happens if I am not home when the package arrives?
Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.
Could I ship products in one order to multiple addresses?
To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders.
