Equipment
1. 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
2. 1/4 cup finely chopped
3. Water
4. onion
5. Salt
6. 1 green chilli chopped(optional)
7. Oil
8. 1/4 cup each of red, yellow and green bell-peppers
9. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
10. 1/2 cup semolina
11. 10-15 curry leaves
12. 1/2 cup raagi powder
13. 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes

Step 1
In a saucepan, add water and boil carrots, beans and peas till they soften. Keep it aside.

Step 2
In a pan on medium heat, add oil and mustard seeds and curry leaves. Once the mustard seeds crackle, add in green chilli and onions. Saute the onions for 1 minute.

Step 3
Add red, yellow and green bellpeppers to it and mix. Now add samolina to it and cook it for 2-3 minutes till the samolina is roasted. Follow it up by adding raagi powder and saute it for atleast 5 minutes.

Step 4
Once the raagi changes to dark brown color, add in the tomatoes and boiled, carrots beans and peas along with the water.

Step 5
Let it cook till you get a lumpy upma consistency.
