Does Berlin fit a car cup holder?

Yes. The base is 7.5 cm wide, sized for standard car cup holders; the handle sits above the holder rim.

How big is 900 ml, really?

About the size of three regular glasses of water. Berlin stands 26.5 cm tall — it fits under most office water dispensers.

Using it

How does the DuoFlo lid work?

Flip the straw up to sip; flip it down and open the spout to swig. Both are on the same lid, so you never swap parts.

How long does it keep drinks cold?

Ice cold for up to 10 hours with the lid closed. Fill with ice in the morning and it's still cold at the evening commute.

Is it leak-proof?

The spout seals shut and the straw closes under its flap; carried upright in a bag it stays dry. It is a tumbler, not a sealed bottle - don't pack it lying down.

Cleaning & care

How do I clean the straw and lid?

Straw and lid pull apart; wash in warm soapy water and use the straw brush. Air-dry with the lid open.

Engraving, spares & warranty

Can I get my name on it?

Yes - up to 12 characters engraved on the body. Engraved tumblers are exchanged only for manufacturing defects.

What does the warranty cover?

2 years on the steel body against manufacturing defects. Lid and straw are wear parts; replacements will be listed on the Spares page.
