This Offer ("Offer") is provided to you by Merlin Brands Private Limited ("Merlin") and Rabitat made available on https://www.instagram.com/rabitatinc/, https://www.rabitat.com/, https://www.linkedin.com/company/rabitat/, https://www.facebook.com/share/1B5rYDqubL/?mibextid=wwXIfr, by Rabitat. Please read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before entering the Offer. You agree that, by participating in this Offer, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Offer eligibility requirements as provided herein below. These T&Cs are in addition to the Merlin/Rabitat's Conditions of Use to which you agree by using their platform. To the extent the Merlin/Rabitat's Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to this Offer only. To the extent the Purchase Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to this Offer only. For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires "You" or "Your" shall mean any natural person (above age of 18 years) who is a participant in the Offer.

ELIGIBILITY:

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Offer: (a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India; (b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Rabitat.com; (c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and (d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Offer. This Offer is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979. Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Offer agencies are not eligible to enter the Offer.

DETAILS OF THE OFFER AND HOW TO ENTER

  1. Eligibility:
    To be eligible for the Offer, you must sign in to or sign up for your Rabitat account and complete a purchase during the Offer Period.

  2. Offer Mechanics:

    • Daily Lucky Draw:

      • One winner will be selected each day during the Offer Period.

      • Each winner will receive a curated gift set for moms and kids (worth ₹5,000).

      • The specific contents of the gift set will not be disclosed publicly.

    • Gold Bar Campaign (14th – 15th October 2025):

      • Three winners will be selected each day of the campaign.

      • Each winner will be entitled to one 10 gms Gold Bar.

    • Every 100th Order:

      • Every 100th order placed during the Offer Period will be entitled to receive a gift worth ₹2,000.

      • Rabitat reserves the right to reveal or keep the gift as a surprise.

  3. Winner Selection:
    At the end of each day of the Offer Period, a draw of lots will be conducted amongst all Participants who fulfill the eligibility criteria.

    • One selected Participant per day (Daily Lucky Draw) will be declared as the winner.

    • For the Gold Bar Campaign, three selected Participants per day will be declared as winners.

    • Every 100th order will be automatically entitled to a gift worth ₹2,000.

  4. Prize Details:

    • Winners of the Daily Lucky Draw will be entitled to receive the curated gift set (worth ₹5,000).

    • Winners of the Gold Bar Campaign will be entitled to receive one 10 gms Gold Bar.

    • Winners of the 100th Order milestone will be entitled to receive a gift worth ₹2,000.

    • The Prize amount/value will be reflected as the corresponding product/gift delivered to the winner.

  5. General Terms:

    • Each Participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Offer.

    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

    • Rabitat reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners and to substitute any Prize with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

    • Decisions made by Rabitat regarding the Offer, winner selection, and Prize distribution shall be final and binding.

By entering the Offer, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Rabitat. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

OTHER OFFERS:

Please note that we may be running similar Offers or promotions at the same time as this Offer. By entering this Offer, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ Offer unless you enter each promotion/ Offer separately.

ODDS OF WINNING:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the 'Details of the Offer and "Steps to follow" in the section above.

PRIZE DRAWING:

The drawing for selection of the winners of the Offer will be aggregated & announced within 15 days from your purchase. Each Prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. If any selected participant answers the Offer question incorrectly, he/she shall not be eligible to be declared winner of the Prize.

WINNER VERIFICATION:

Each potential Winner may be, at the discretion of Merlin/Rabitat, required to prove eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age, residence and identity, which may include submitting a copy of a Aadhar/driver's license/passport/similar government issued identification within three (3) days of being notified of being a potential Winner.

Any failure in intimating Rabitat in the prescribed manner within mentioned prescribed time will be considered as waiver of the offer prize and no claims shall lie post the offer intimation period.

A potential Winner (or any alternate potential Winner if one must be selected) is not official and shall not be confirmed as the Winner until he/she has submitted the required documents asked by the Merlin/Rabitat Resource person within time.

Provided that a potential Winner is in compliance with the Official Rules and after having successfully proven eligibility, the potential Winner will be determined to be a Winner. Rabitat expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Winners for any reason it deems necessary. In addition, Rabitat reserves the right to select an alternate Winner in the event that any potential Winner fails to comply with these Official Rules.

If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim the Prize in excess of the Prize for the Offer available as set forth in these Official Rules, the Winner of the Sweepstakes/Offer' Prize available may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for each such Prize. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each Entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential Winners.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change the T&Cs or cancel the Offer at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Offer should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Offer or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Offer, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Offer; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Offer.

We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Offer or website or mobile application; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Offer at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these T&Cs in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. No benefits greater than those described in the "Description of the Offer and How to Enter" section above in these T&Cs will be awarded.

MISCELLANEOUS:

The Offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that all our decisions related to the Offer are final and binding on you. Failure by Merlin and Rabitat to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. The decision of Rabitat shall at all times be binding and final. These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.

FORCE MAJEURE

This Offer is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Rabitat ("Force Majeure Event"). Rabitat shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Offer including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

PUBLICITY RELEASE:

By participating in the Offer, you give Rabitat and/ or its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Offer and any promotions, events, or Offers to follow. You agree that Rabitat and/ or its affiliates have the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or Offers that follow. You agree that Rabitat and/ or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release Rabitat and/ or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. You give your consent to Rabitat and/or its affiliates, agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the Offer and any promotions, events, or Offers to follow.

LIABILITY RELEASE:

This Offer is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Offer is voluntary. By participating in the Offer, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Rabitat, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to Rabitat and its services/products. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits/ Prizes offered under this Offer, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Offer, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence.
