We offer 1 year warranty on all the products.
Your item will be covered under one year manufacturer warranty for manufacturing defects and are eligible for a return or replacement as per the policies (purchase proof or registration will be required for the claim).
Your warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, such as colour fading, dents from usage, scratches, powder coat chips from the flask being dropped, damaged, etc.

The straw has some manufacturing defect and it broke. we had to get it replaced within 2 months. Rabitat team was very prompt and helpful fr the same.
Otherwise my son really loves this bottle and only drinks water from this one.
