Excellent After sales… very happy with the product.

The bottle I bought started leaking within 2 months and after having to clean the water bottle everyday I still found a chunk of black grease at the middle of the lock which can’t be reached with the brush. I tried to remove the straw completely and it just wouldn’t come out hence a forced it out to check the filth and I’m glad I broke it out as the amount of grease which was collected was terrifying. I loved the look of the bottle over all but highly disappointed that the straw doesn’t come out completely and that is what has caused this to happen. It’s not like I don’t use a straw brush or a liquid bottle wash. My child is 3 yrs and I’m very particular about hygne. I would request you’ll to make a slipper which is less complex for mothers to clean.

Purchased two snap lock sipper bottles and to my surprise, the lids doesn’t even last for 2 months. Really disappointed with the durability of the products. Not worth at all..never buying any of this brand anymore. And when I try to purchase the lids, they are SOLD OUT!
