Hyde weighs approximately 435g when empty. Filled with 1 litre of water, it weighs approximately 1.44kg, making it substantial but comfortable for everyday carrying.

Hyde measures approximately 9cm across, so it may not fit narrower or standard-sized car cup holders. We recommend measuring your cup holder and checking for an opening of at least 9cm before purchasing.

We recommend washing Hyde by hand using warm water, mild dish soap and a soft bottle brush. Clean the bottle, lid, drinking opening and threads thoroughly, then leave all parts open to air-dry completely.

Avoid bleach, abrasive scrubbers and prolonged soaking. Hand washing will also help protect Hyde's exterior finish, seals and magnetic components.

Rinse the lid after every use, paying extra attention to the drinking opening, threads and silicone seal. Leave the lid open while drying to prevent trapped moisture and odours.

Keep the magnetic-cap area clean and avoid using sharp or abrasive objects around it. Before closing the bottle, check that the seal is clean, correctly positioned and free from damage.

Hyde is designed to be leakproof when correctly assembled and fully closed. Make sure the silicone seal is properly seated, the lid is twisted on securely and the magnetic cap is completely closed.

Avoid overfilling the bottle, and test it upright before placing it inside a bag. If you notice a leak, clean the seal and lid threads and check them for damage or wear.

Only purchase replacement parts that are specifically labelled as compatible with Hyde. Lids and components made for other Rabitat bottles may look similar but are not guaranteed to fit or seal correctly.

Always check the product name and compatibility information before ordering a spare.

Replacement Hyde lids are available through the Hyde Spares section, subject to stock and colour availability. If you need a replacement seal or another component that is not listed, contact Rabitat Support to check availability.

Please note that spare parts are not returnable. Exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects or transit damage.

You can personalise Hyde with up to 12 characters, using letters, numbers and selected special characters shown in the personalisation tool. Emojis are not supported.

Check the spelling carefully before confirming your order, as the engraving cannot be changed once the order enters production. Personalised orders may also require additional processing time.

Personalised Hyde bottles cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once the order has been processed. A personalised order may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed.

If your bottle arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or the engraving does not match the details you submitted, contact Rabitat Support with your invoice and clear photographs or video of the issue.

Hyde comes with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by drops, impacts, rough use, misuse, normal wear or lost parts.

To make a claim, email support@rabitat.com with your proof of purchase and photographs or video showing the problem. The support team will normally respond within 3–4 business days.

Remote locations, personalised orders or unforeseen courier delays may take longer. You will receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
