Salami is a traditional type of fermented meat hailing from the Mediterranean region of Southern Europe. 8 oz cream cheese 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves 1 garlic clove, pressed
8 sandwich bread slices 8-10 salami
1 Black cardamom 4 large leaves of green lettuce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup green onions, 1/4 cup coriander, and press in 1 garlic clove. Mash herbs into the cream cheese and mix well.
- Spread about 1-2 Tbsp of the cream cheese mixture on one side of each bread slice.
- Put lettuce and about 6-8 pieces of salami (or accordingly), put both the slices together and you can either grill it or make your kids have it as it is.
