    2 Cup boiled chickpeas ½ Cup grated carrot
    ¼ Cup onion, finely chopped 1 ½ tbsp pickle juice
    ¾ Cup hummus Other seasoning spices to taste
    Lettuce, tomato (optional)


    • Mash the boiled chickpeas.
    • Finely chop the onion, grated carrot and stir into the chickpeas.
    • Stir in pickle juice (1 1/2 tbsp) and hummus (2/3 - 3/4 C). You can add extra hummus to reach desired texture.
    • Add salt, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder are other tasty options.
