    1 whole Avocado 1clove of garlic
    half tsp pepper crushed salt
    1 tsp lemon juice 2tbsp finely chopped onion
    2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves sandwich bread

    Instructions

    • Take one whole Avocado
    • Cut it open and get thick slices and scoop it out in a bowl
    • Smash it into a smooth paste
    • Add garlic, one clove finely chopped, half tsp pepper crushed, and add salt to your taste
    • One tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
    • Mix all the ingredients well
    • Now take two slices of bread or sandwich bread and spread the mix over one of the bread slices, cover it with the other.
    • Apply a little butter to the grill pan and grill it. Your sandwich is ready.
