Instructions
- Take one whole Avocado
- Cut it open and get thick slices and scoop it out in a bowl
- Smash it into a smooth paste
- Add garlic, one clove finely chopped, half tsp pepper crushed, and add salt to your taste
- One tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- Mix all the ingredients well
- Now take two slices of bread or sandwich bread and spread the mix over one of the bread slices, cover it with the other.
- Apply a little butter to the grill pan and grill it. Your sandwich is ready.
