This cucumber lemonade will be a welcome addition to your summer lemonade collection. It's full of health benefits thanks to the cucumber juice and the flavour of fresh mint, and it's simple to make!
2 cups cut watermelon 2 cups cut cantaloupe
2 cups strawberries 1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp honey 1 tsp lemon juice
- Whisk the yogurt, honey and lemon juice until smooth consistency and leave aside.
- Put all the cut fruits in a large bowl
- Now pour the yogurt mixture over the cut fruits and toss them to coat thoroughly.
- Serve it as it is or after refrigeration for an hour.
