This cucumber lemonade will be a welcome addition to your summer lemonade collection. It's full of health benefits thanks to the cucumber juice and the flavour of fresh mint, and it's simple to make!
2 cups cut pineapple 1 cup cut ripe mangoes
1 cup cut papaya 1 cup cut kiwi fruit
2 tbsp lime juice 1/4 cup cut mint leaves
2 tbsp maple syrup (10mins)
- Pound the mint leaves in a pestle and mortar, mix it with the maple syrup, and leave aside.
- Collect all the cut fruits in a large bowl and pour the lime juice over it.
- Now mix all syrup solution into the bowl and toss them to coat thoroughly.
- Serve it as it is or after refrigeration for an hour.
