This cucumber lemonade will be a welcome addition to your summer lemonade collection. It's full of health benefits thanks to the cucumber juice and the flavour of fresh mint, and it's simple to make!
- Wash the apple, cucumber, ginger and lemon
- Push seedless apple, half the cucumber, 1/2 inch ginger and 1 seedless peeled lemon
- Collect the juice and add 1/2 cup water to it, add a pinch of rock salt
- Mix the solution well and the energy-boosting juice is ready.
