2 large carrots
1 medium banana
1 big apple
1 cup Almond/coconut milk
2 tsp minced fresh ginger
2 tbsp lemon juice
4-5 ice cubes

- Wash the carrots and the apple thoroughly and cut them into small chunks (can be either peeled or unpeeled)
- Peel the banana and cut them into small pieces
- Put all the fruits and the other ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth consistency.
