    1 medium watermelon 1 cup milk
    1/2 cup vanilla ice cream or yoghurt 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey


    • Cut the watermelon into small chunks (remove seeds) and freeze it.
    • Take 3-4 cups of the frozen watermelon chunks in a blender.
    • Add ½ cup vanilla ice cream or yoghurt, 2tbsp maple syrup or honey in the blender.
    • Blend all the ingredients until smooth consistency and your yummy smoothie is ready to enjoy
